I have a second class lower(2.2).and i want 2 study masters in Petroleum Engineering/oil and gas engineering.?

and i'm looking for a school that i can afford.(like there are tuition free schools in Norway,sweden and Finland).But in Norway all the universities and colleges i researched offering the above courses only accept first class and second class upper(besides internet service in my country is not that good).So i've narrowed my search to Norway,Australia,canada and Dubai.pleeaasseee somebody help!!!I have a second class lower(2.2).and i want 2 study masters in Petroleum Engineering/oil and gas engineering.?
Masters by Research will only accept First and upper second class honours in Australia. Masters by coursework you should be able to find a course.
