I've graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum %26amp; Minerals (KFUPM) and my major was petroleum engineering.
I saw different students from different countries like Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Suda, Pakistan, Greece and USA but most of these students were sent by a scolarship or something from their countries and I guess that's what you need to get.
You can check the website for more information:
www.kfupm.edu.sa
http://www.kfupm.edu.sa/pet/
and here is the petroleum engineering department's chairman's website:
http://faculty.kfupm.edu.sa/pet/skhamsin鈥?/a>
you can get his contact information from there.
we have another two Universities which teach petroleum engineering:
Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University in Khobar and King Saud University in Riyadh.
KFUPM and King Saudi Uni. are goverment universities but Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd is a private one and maybe its easier to apply there. What are the requirements to learn oil engineering in aramco saudi arabia?
try King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals there in Dhahran or Prince Mohammed University just outside Khobar.. both offer engineering degrees .
IF you start a university with a degree in mind for engineering.. and your grades are well enough (high B or A average) then you can then apply at Aramco for a scholarship to a western university... they will pay you to attend university, then you can get a job afterwards with Aramco...What are the requirements to learn oil engineering in aramco saudi arabia?
If you want to go for Aramco jobs you should be a Saudi or a Veteran guy. Then you should have good petroleum engineering background from a reputed university like KPUPM or any university outside Saudi Arabia. Then Look for the job openings thru www.aramco.com.sa job portals and register your name with them. Presently they have lots of chances for geological and chemical engineering.
I guess you mean Petroleum Engineering. You should go to a university and major in Petroleum Engineering if you want to work as a Petroleum Engineer for Aramco. Engineering isn't something you learn in the field. You need to go to school first.
ohhh, but ARAMCO is an oil company not a college to learn from.
may be graduate recommended first for it
