If oil depletes, we'll drill for more natural gas. If gas depletes also, we'll start drilling for water. Clean water sources are getting harder to come by you know. And if we run out of water, we'll be drilling for.....

By sayin depleted if you mean drilling machine is empty then simply you should prepare new cutting fluid (oil) and add to machine. If this not the answer to your question could you please clarify it a bit.
